No word on anything we will be able to pick up in the Middle East yet mate - only channel so far showing it is BBC Scotland. It could be that the transmission is picked up by a Middle East based service, if you want to see if anything is advertised best bet is to check the following sites for live transmisisons occassionally:

www.liveonsat.com
www.goalzz.com

If I get any info I'll post it up here. Only other option is an internet feed, not got any info on them yet either.
