Hi there, Cheers for taking the time to read my question. I will be coming over on the 26th March for the Celebrity Boxing night being held at the Jumeirah Beach Hotel on the 31st March. Looking forward to McCoist knocking lumps out of Mcavennie should be a good night. Just wondering if any of you Desert Bears are going. Anyone else heard anything about this event? I heard that McCoist had pulled out because of his new role at Rangers and his place is being taken by Graham Roberts - good to see our mob are queuing up to have a punch at Frankie Boy. Hi, I've been away from Dubai for over a year now (still a frequent visitor)  and the guys meet up in the Millenium Airport hotel in Garhoud on the last friday of each month (Biggles Bar) .  You should still meet a few of the guys during the week etc   Also, if the games are being shown in the middle east then that is the best place to go to watch with fellow bears. (although most of the bears are spread all over Dubai, so many choose to watch in the house as the traffic situation is terrible and can take ages to get from one side to the other. Goodfellas Bar in Bur Dubai (Regal Hotel, dump) is another place thats good for the football matches (show around 4 english games on a sat and a scottish game if its on earlier)  A few bears in there also.      Report
